Return Policy

Depending on the place of residence, the user will have the right to cancel an order within the tearms of consumer contract (Information, cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("JRC") (regulations on contracts for consumers) or of the corresponding consumer legislation in force in the Member States of the EU. This means that if the user, during a certain period of withdrawal, change his mind or decide for any reason that he does not want to keep the products purchased, he can communicate his decision to withdraw from the order.

Return shipment
In the case of products return to its merchant, you will be issued a refund from which it will be deducted the shipping costs, equal to 10€.
If the user ship himself the return will be the entire amount paid  will be refunded at the time of reception of the package by the Merchant.

The user, within the tearms of art. 52 ff. of the Code of consumption, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the user must send to Bowdoo a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by using dedicated form in the persona area.

When we receive the request, the Customer Service of Bowdoo will open a practice for the management of the return and will give the user of the instructions on how to return the products.

When the client communicates to us the willingness to withdraw from the contract and to return the product, the user must return them to the Merchant as received within and not beyond the deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of notice of withdrawal and without prejudice to the cases referred to in Article 59 (exceptions to the right of withdrawal) of the Code of Consumption.


The return of products have to comply with the following criteria:

  • The articles must be returned to the Merchant not worn, intact, with labels attached and the original packaging included. The substantial integrity of the return product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The product also should not be neither deteriorated nor used;
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and bags, if provided, inside a protective box for shipping;
  • In the case of footwear, the soles must not exhibit any damage or signs of wear and the box must be intact and original;
  • If a product has a  security tag Bowdoo or a brand, the article must be returned with the tag in its original position;
  • Cosmetics and Beauty must be returned closed and unused, seals intact;
  • Socks, underwear and toiletries must be returned with the labels hygienic protective and in packaging not opened, where this is possible. Underwear and bath costumes must be tested only with the underwear still on. No return will be accepted for the product that have been worn
  • in different ways from those prescribed above or dirty.


NON-conforming products
In the event of receiving from the user of damaged products or products which do not conform to what is ordered, send a mail to [email protected] attach photos of products received.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal on the part of the user, Bowdoo will provide for a refund of the full amount of the goods delivered (without prejudice to the eventual shipping costs) . The  will be reimbursed as quickly as possible with the same method of payment used, except that the latter has not expressly requested a different mode of reimbursement. In the case of a bank trasfer will be up to the user to provide the Banking coordinates for the refund (account holder, the name and address of the bank and IBAN code complete).

Within the tearms of Article 56 paragraph 3 of the Code of Consumption Bowdoo will refund the User within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the prducts by the Merchant.

The return shipment is arranged by the customer, that becomes responsible for any damage or losses. Bowdoo will reimburse only the articles received at the shop in the same state in which they were shipped.

We recommend that users take a photograph of the products and of the closed box before handing it over to the courier to carry out the return. This will allow him to file a compliant to the courier for any damage which occurred after the shipping.

- Click on the button "ORDERS AND DETAILS"
- Navigate to the line of the order containing the products to be returned and click on the "Details"
- Scroll down to the section order details and mark the box of the product(s) that you want to return.
- Indicate the reason for the return of the product.
- Click on submit return request.

As soon as our customer service staff will review your return request, we will send an email containing the shipping label and instructions to complete the shipping.
